Censorship is when the Government or Dictator looks at your letters and blacks them out if they have information about anything suspicious. Also they would listen to your phone calls if a trigger word came up such as: Terrorist, Iraq, bomb and other words that could be about the war. They did this in World War 1 and sometimes today.
